Project Overview

Integrated MEP Delivery in a Controlled Aramco Environment

Aiwa Global Group, through Gulf Namar Contracting Company, successfully delivered the electro-mechanical works for the R&D Fuel Station project in Dhahran. The package covered coordinated MEP execution from engineering preparation and material approvals through site installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Working within a Saudi Aramco environment required disciplined safety, permit, inspection, and documentation practices. The project team operated against approved IFC drawings and consultant requirements while supporting MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, testing records, as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, vendor warranties, and final close-out requirements.

Why This Project Stands Out

A Strong Reference for High-Compliance MEP Execution

The R&D Fuel Station project demonstrates Aiwa Global Group’s ability to work in a technically controlled Saudi Aramco environment where quality, safety, engineering coordination, and documentation are equally critical to the physical installation. The result is a project story built around disciplined execution and structured close-out—not only construction activity.
